You need to know whether parents:
- Are updated on how their child is doing at school.
- Receive timely school communication.
- Have at least one staff member they feel comfortable contacting.
- Are satisfied with how much their child is learning.
- Believe the school provides a positive educational experience.
- Have opportunities to be involved at school.
